- The transition from “MONO” (physical products) to “KOTO” (solutions) - 

CTCSP was established in 1990 when the Internet was in its infancy. Our business, which began with the supply of "MONO" such as computer peripherals, has expanded greatly with the progress of IT since then. From 2024, we will map out three new strategic solutions: "Digital Platform", "Digital Workplace" and "Ready for NEW IT" and evolve ourselves from a "MONO" provider to a "KOTO" provider.

“CTCSP”’s unique strengths we have demonstrated in the CTC Group are our proactivity and agility. The CTC Group provides comprehensive IT services in partnership with a variety of IT vendors in Japan and vendors overseas, with which the Group has developed close relationships through over 30 years of R&D experience in Silicon Valley. I believe that the growth of the Group has been supported by our ability to act flexibly and speedily, as well as our outstanding technological capabilities.

We feel pride that “CTCSP” well embodies the DNA for the CTC Group growth.

Challenging ourselves to create solutions on our own

IT is constantly evolving and having a significant impact on society, not to mention generative AI.
Until I assumed the position of the president of CTCSP, I was mainly involved in the telecommunications business at CTC. In 2015, our project team developed “Tocaro,” a business chat tool that can be considered the first of its kind in Japan, and launched CTC's original SaaS. Taking the opportunity of assuming the president position, I would like to share the real pleasure of IT business with the members of CTCSP by having the Tocaro team members work together to promote new solution development at CTCSP.

We will create services to improve society and witness many people utilizing them. Of course, there are many difficulties involved in this challenge, and it requires unwavering belief and passion. However, it is rare to experience such an interesting job.
